Black Diamonds

You might see them ashes
But these are some of the fragments
That belong to my heart
But refused to thump up anymore
Giving up on drawing its breathes
But you were mistaken when you said,
Those other black fragments are coal
These are Carbonados
Who survived
Over the crushing pressure of time
And the temperature, melting to death
And today, they are the strength of my heart
Embedded on its outer layer
Yet rooted deep in inner chambers
So, Not every black you see is gaze averting
Some get hooked to your sight for forever
You can always wish to have it
But you can never pay to make it
Remember!
Only a rarest soul can afford rare heart.
And did you see
Between grey and black
That spectacular view of blazing red?
These are the sparks
Succeeded by fire
And that fire is oxygen to my heart
Keeping it alive
And making it warmer
So I can sow my dreams in it
And reap them when time comes!
So now you see,
All that glitters might not be the gold,
But some Black is always meant to be hold
All the flames don’t burn human down
Some hold the burnt one
And make them wear a crown
All ashes are never meant to be swept
They are the treasure of rebirth and renewal
So the hope for Phoenix should always be kept!
