Day Inside The Cage

You aren't alone
When no one is around
But when every one is there
Talking and laughing
But you just see
Movement of lips!
Or When every passing moment
Fills your heart
With the smoke
That neither you keep inside
Nor have a lung to exhale.
Or When every neuron sends signals
Too fast to decode the message
So you can't decipher
Any episode of transmitted signals
Inside the brain
caged in the skull
Or When your fingers are moving
On rough pages of notebook
Or on the dry leaves
And you don't realize
the movements of your finger
Or When your feet are moving
Aimlessly on the ground
And ground acts like a treadmill
Making you run and run
But displacement is zero
Or when your eyesight is strong
But there is something vague
That is hindering your sight
A thin sheet of water
Waxed to the lens of your eye
Or when the reflex of oesophagus is reversed
That the bolus comes out
Instead of reaching its destination
Or when heart only pumps blood
And doesn't give feelings of home
Rather act as deserted place
Like never visited for ages
Or when your hair are combed
But appear to be baked
Like the baked thoughts
That you carry all along
That is the moment
When everything becomes volatile
The laughter
The warble
Sadness
And the pain
Coz all you feel is
Restlessness
In every vessel of blood
And restlessness is never a pain
It's a fire
That burns you
In some grave hour of night
And takes away from you
All the cells
That feel the warmth in sun bath!
